Freshly cleaned, mid century light gray sectional sofa from Urban Chic, the predecessor to their Casey Sectional (currently $2,699 retail).

Elegant, clean lines, wood base with black metal legs. Seating is firm but soft, holds up well and doesn’t feel worn out. A couple of faint ink stains and some slight browning between seat cushions, which is reflected by the deeply discounted price. Otherwise a solid sofa with no rips, tears or structural problems.
